Nom-Con: Nora Twomey & Fabian Erlinghauser attending

 

On August 24, at 5pm, Nora Twomey and Fabian Erlinghauser will be attending the 2012 Nom Con.

Nora Twomey was co-director of  ‘The Secret of Kells’ and director of ‘From Darkness’ and ‘Cúilín Dualach’ (‘Backwards Boy’).

Fabian Erlinghauser was animation supervisor on the ‘The Secret Of Kells’, has worked on an extensive range of Saloon projects and is currently nominated for the “Artist in the Community” Category for the Allianz Awards 2012.

Both of them are currently working, among other projects, on the next 2D animation feature film ‘Song of the Sea’.

 

They “will present three Cartoon Saloon short films – From Darkness, Cúilín Dualach and Old Fangs -, a presentation on the making of “The Secret of Kells” and a sneak preview of some of the artwork from Tomm Moore‘s new feature ‘Song of the Sea’.

 

Nom Con is going to be held at the Burlington Hotel,  Dublin, from 24th – 26th August.
